Abstract

Article is part of a discussion on the factors determining collaboration between universities and business in Europe. The author using the achievements of world literature on the main areas for the success of the collaboration has carried out in this respect the analysis of drivers and barriers, factors identifying university collaboration with business organizations in Europe (considered as a case study). The research methodology used in the analysis of morphological and force field analysis technique. The obtained results enable to assume the initial thesis that successful collaboration between science and business is determined by the specific configuration of the factors in the area of environment, membership, process / structure, communications, purpose.
